Major event in celebration of the 25th Anniversary

On 29th June, 116 distinguished guests gathered in a marquee on the lawns at Mount Vernon to celebrate a quarter of a century at the forefront of scanning technology, starting with the vision and determination of one man, Dr Paul Strickland, who saw long ago the life-saving opportunities presented by scanning patients with cancer and other serious diseases. The earlier a patient is scanned, the better the chance of recovery.

For 25 years the Centre has pioneered the use of new scanners and is as well equipped as any in Europe, attracting the highest calibre Consultant radiologists, radiographers and staff second to none in their knowledge and patient care.
