Paul Strickland Scanner Centre, the NHS and Public Health England (PHE) are extremely well prepared for outbreaks of new infectious diseases. Measures have been put in place to ensure the safety of all patients and healthcare staff while also ensuring services are available as normal.

Before visiting the centre, please check the latest Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information for the public and follow the advice issued by the authorities.

If you are attending an appointment, please follow the information in your letter very closely. In order to keep the number of unnecessary visitors to the centre as low as possible and therefore minimise the risk of infection to others, we are asking patients to avoid bringing anybody else with them to their appointment if possible.
