Ways you can help from home

During lock-down, there are many ways that you can help us. Here are some ideas of things you can do while staying safe at home:

  • Donate the money you save from your daily cup of gourmet coffee

  • If you're a commuter, donate your daily commute train fare to us

  • Run or walk a 10k around your garden, or run a collective marathon with your friends

  • Some of our medical staff have to shave their beards off so their face masks fit properly. Why not join them in exchange for sponsorship from friends, colleagues and family members?

  • Cycle the distance to Brighton on your exercise bike

  • Have a clear-out, then sell your items on Ziffit and donate the proceeds

  • Use AmazonSmile or easyfundraising when doing any online shopping.

If you would like help or advice with any of these things, sponsorship forms, or would like to plan a great trek for when all this uncertainty is over please email us at appeals@stricklandscanner.org.uk
